I love bread.
I love it so much . . . that I take pictures of it.
I've been having so much fun with our beautiful new bounty of bread!!!
I've made some crazy good sandwiches...
{Turkey and Bacon Club on Sun-dried Tomato Bread}
{Egg and Cheese on Asiago Bagel}
Great French Toast...
{Cooks Illustrated French Toast using Cinnamon Raisin Bread}
Bread Salad, Soup in Bread Bowls, Croutons, Bagel Chips....
BUT maybe I've missed the easiest idea -
there are recipes right on the Panera website.
How yummy ! ! !

Leftovers. Use it up.

Once we get our rescued goods from the shed, it seems like a crime to let them go to waste. I love creative ways to use leftovers or surplus. Usually it's soup.
This week I've made strawberry vanilla bean jam, strawberry rhubarb pie and rosemary rhubarb jelly. YUM-town.
I also saw an inspiring post with some great leftover ideas on the Tasty Kitchen Blog. Check out this link to tasty kitchen leftovers ideas.
